Emaar Properties's subsidiary Emaar Hospitality has unveiled a strategic rebranding initiative, transitioning Address Fountain Views to Address Dubai Mall in the UAE from 8 January 2024.
According to a media release by Zawya, this move is expected to reinforce the company’s commitment to maintain its status and deliver the signature experience of its Address Hotels + Resorts brand.
The Address Dubai Mall is situated in downtown Dubai, on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard.
It is directly connected to Dubai Mall, a local retail and entertainment destination, and Chinatown Dubai Mall, via an air-conditioned walkway, offering guests quick access to retail and entertainment options.
The Address Dubai Mall stands tall with 193 rooms and 783 residences.
In addition, the property features a total of six restaurants, a spa, a fitness centre, a kids club, and an infinity pool, which allows guests to get panoramic views of Downtown Dubai, the Dubai Fountains, and the Burj Khalifa.
The rebranded Address Dubai Mall is located just a few steps away from the Burj Khalifa.
Equipped with the latest technology and facilities, the hotel also has separate event spaces, including boardrooms and ballrooms, to cater to both intimate and grand gatherings.
Emaar founder Mohamed Alabbar said: “The rebranding of Address Fountain Views to Address Dubai Mall is more than just a name change; it's a reaffirmation of our commitment to unrivalled luxury and excellence.
“This renowned hotel symbolises Dubai's values and our dedication to providing extraordinary experiences. Address Dubai Mall is a magnificent example of Emaar's long tradition of setting new milestones in premium hospitality.”
In November 2020, Emaar Hospitality Group first announced its plans to open the new premium beachfront Address Hotels + Resorts property, featuring 217 rooms and suites, in Dubai.
