Lifestyle and leisure hospitality company Ennismore has announced the opening of a new 25hours-branded property in Dubai, UAE.

25hours Heimat Dubai will mark the first standalone branded residence by 25hours Hotels.

It will bring Ennismore’s global pipeline to 20 properties across various brands.

The property was developed by East & West Properties and introduced by D&B Properties, with the design and branding expertise of the team behind 25hours Hotels.

Studio Aisslinger, in collaboration with the 25hours' core team, led by founder Christoph Hoffmann, designed 25hours Heimat Dubai.

"We’re incredibly excited to announce 25hours Heimat as a new residential brand extension of the much-loved 25hours. We know that 25hours Heimat Dubai will shake the residential market, much like 25hours Hotel Dubai took the hotel market by storm back in 2021," said Ennismore chief development officer and deputy head of Middle East, Africa and Turkey Louis Abboud.

"In East & West Properties, we have found a partner who has entrusted us with embarking on this ambitious and exciting project together and changing the residential market.

“We have no doubt our strategic partner for the project, D&B Properties, who has been instrumental in its development to date, will help us bring 25hours Heimat Dubai to market in a new and innovative way.”

The property will have a hotel lobby with a workspace, a screening room, a podcast studio and laundry facilities.

It will offer branded residences spanning 73 floors, featuring studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as duplex penthouses.

It will boast a pool for families, mini golf, a music room, a padel court, indoor and outdoor fitness facilities, communal BBQ areas and outdoor kitchens.

The property’s 63rd floor will provide an exclusive area for adults, with a sky lounge offering views of the Burj Khalifa and a pool with views extending to Burj Al Arab.

Meanwhile, the rooftop will have a wellness area with a sauna, a cold plunge, Onsen, a relaxation deck and a mini observatory.

Ennismore's branded residential properties, including 25hours Heimat Dubai, are backed by Accor One Living.

Accor One Living is a platform that helps with the creation and management of branded residential communities.

Currently, the hospitality company has 28 open and under-development branded residences.
