EOS Hospitality has implemented Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Property Management System (PMS) as the standard system for all its hotels and resorts.

OPERA Cloud provides staff with real-time analytics and tailored reports to address the constantly changing customer demands, spanning from spa resorts to RV camping destinations.

This implementation will provide EOS properties such as Lake Austin Spa Resort and The Perry Hotel in Key West with real-time access to data intelligence.

It will help EOS hotels streamline both front and back office operations, minimise routine tasks and enable staff to offer guests more personalised services.

EOS Hospitality CEO Simon Mais said: “As the owner and operator of nearly fifty hotels and resorts across the country, EOS Hospitality needed a technology platform that could evolve with the properties’ unique needs across a diverse array of markets.

“Oracle’s value-oriented OPERA Cloud has helped evolve our processes and is overall a better user system for our employees. One of the many advantages of their technology is the significantly less time required to train new hires, which has greatly reduced the overall costs of onboarding these associates.”

Oracle Hospitality vice-president owner advocacy Alissa Hendel said: “EOS is constantly expanding their portfolio of hotels and concepts into new markets and needed a technology and data platform that could adapt with them while maintaining their commitment to service excellence.

“Our work with EOS is a testament to how a hotel owner or management company can leverage OPERA Cloud to run various businesses in parallel while still being able to obtain critical data from across their entire footprint at a moment’s notice.”

OPERA Cloud will offer EOS a range of features, such as flexible rates and inventory control options.

The hospitality company will have access to a diverse set of pre-integrated application programming interfaces through the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform.
