ESG Hospitality partners with Hilton for new Curio Collection hotel in Dubai

The development will consist of an 18-floor hotel and residence tower.

ESG Hospitality (ESGH) has entered a partnership with Hilton to develop a Curio Collection by Hilton-branded property in Dubai, UAE.

Situated in Dubai Hills Estate, Mallside Residence and Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton is scheduled to be completed by November 2026, according to a press release on WAM.

This is the first project for ESGH, the recently launched hospitality division of Emirates Stallions Group.

Under the partnership agreement, ESGH will own a majority stake of 51% in the property, while Montgomerie Proprietary Investment will have a 49% interest.

ESGH CEO Kayed Khorma said: “Marking a significant step on our journey of continued growth, the launch of Mallside Residence and Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton will enable us to deliver unparalleled living experiences to Dubai's residents and visitors that redefine industry standards.”

Montgomerie Proprietary Investment CEO Delyan Deyanov Denchev said: “We are united with ESGH in our vision to craft remarkable destinations that not only stimulate economic expansion but also introduce the UAE market to unparalleled hospitality and living experiences.”

Hilton vice-president for development for the Middle East and Africa Carlos Khneisser said: “We are pleased to partner with ESGH and RDC to open Mallside Residence Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, which is set to be a remarkable development that will offer a great stay for visitors to Dubai and hotel-style living for residents.”

The development will consist of an 18-floor hotel and residence tower with a range of accommodations, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.

Guests at the property will also have access to a wide array of retail, dining and lifestyle options.

The development of the project will be led and managed by Royal Development Company (RDC), a subsidiary of Emirates Stallions Group.
