Extended Stay America opens new hotel in California, US

Situated in San Marcos, the hotel provides 122 rooms along with a wide range of amenities.

Extended Stay America has opened Extended Stay Premier Suites – San Diego – San Marcos, in the US state of California, as reported by HotelNewsResource.

Situated in San Marcos, at the foothills of northern San Diego, the hotel features 122 pet-friendly rooms, each with amenities such as a kitchen, free Wi-Fi and a workspace.

Extended Stay America president and CEO Greg Juceam said: “We are excited to welcome our newest hotel, the Extended Stay America Premier Suites - San Diego – San Marcos property, into our system.

“This property will serve the growing demand for extended-stay lodging in the greater San Diego area and offer guests a comfortable suite with lots of room, fully equipped kitchens and on-site guest laundry to ensure they have what they need whether they are staying for a night, a week, a month, or longer.”

The hotel also provides a range of amenities such as a fitness room and on-site guest laundry.

It is located 35 miles north of downtown San Diego and is a short drive away from the Pacific Ocean.

Guests at the property also have access to nearby locations such as California State University San Marcos, Palomar College and Kaiser Permanente.

In August of this year, Extended Stay America opened Extended Stay Premier Suites Boise-Meridian in the US state of Idaho.

Additionally, the company announced the opening of a property in McDonough, US, in April 2023.

Currently, Extended Stay America includes over 700 properties across the US under its three brands: Extended Stay America Premier Suites, Extended Stay America Select Suites and Extended Stay Suites.
