FabHotels plans to expand premium portfolio to 250 by end of 2023

Founded in 2014, the India-based hotel chain claims to have presence in 80 cities with 1,500 hotels.

India-based hotel chain FabHotels has plans to expand its premium hotel portfolio to 250 by the end of this year from the present 100 plus count, reported ANI News.

Founded in 2014, the hotel chain claims to have presence in 80 cities with 1,500 hotels, offering luxury stays at affordable prices.

FabHotels’s portfolio consists of four categories – FabEscape, FabHotel Prime, FabExpress, and FabHotel.

The FabHotel Prime collection boasts of  premium hotels that focus on providing ‘quality’ services, premium amenities, with rooms featuring rich interiors and contemporary themes.

FabHotels regional supply head Arun Biyani said: “Our prime properties have played an immense role in driving the premium B2B clientele to FabHotels. All properties are intricately designed, catering to the needs of our business clients.

“From conference rooms, and gymnasium, to well-trained staff, the amenities provided are top-notch revolving around the needs of our customers. Our aim is to provide a comfortable yet modern ambience to all our clients.”

The more than 100 premium properties have been added in several Indian cities including Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Gandhinagar, Goa, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Mumbai, New Delhi, Noida, Pune, Tirupati, and Visakhapatnam.

As part of the expansion plan for its premium properties, it now aims to venture into new cities across India.

According to FabHotels, reputed hoteliers have developed some of these hotels. Its FabHotel Prime Prowell Crown and FabHotel Prime Prowell Apex in Hyderabad have been developed  by Prowell Hotels; and FabHotel Prime The Monarch Rabale, FabHotel Prime The Monarch Turbhe and FabHotel Prime Sky Suites By Monarch in Mumbai have been established by Monarch Group of Hotels.

Some of the top selling hotels from the prime category are claimed to  include FabHotel Prime The Pamposh in Delhi, FabHotel Prime Wego in Mumbai, FabHotel Prime Sapphire Boutique, and FabHotel Prime Ivy Studio.

Demand for upscale and luxurious products has been rising steadily in the travel and tourism sector

The theme of premiumization, and the upscale and luxury markets, now have the opportunity to thrive in an industry that has had to rapidly change to meet new changes in traveler demands. However, it refers to first-rate service, extreme comfort, and one-of-a-kind experiences in travel and tourism. Premiumization is closely linked to luxury travel. While premiumization attracts only a small number of global travelers, it is important for companies as it is a valuable revenue stream that is unlikely to be impacted by external factors like economic downturns. Personalization is key in premium offerings, the shift from focusing solely on premium products to an emphasis on delivering exclusive and personalized offerings is apparent. Therefore, smart destinations can help to create hyper-personalized services and products. Leveraging the Internet of Things, destinations can curate offerings based on gathering real-time data on guest preferences and behaviors. This enables the industry to transcend typical offerings and remain competitive.
