Hospitality technology provider FCS Solutions has announced a strategic expansion across Europe, marked by the inauguration of two new offices in Turkey and France.
The move is a direct response to the increasing adoption of their cloud-based solution, FCS1, by hotels in the region.
Launched in 2021, FCS1 has rapidly become a go-to platform for hotels looking to optimise operations by digitising workflows — effectively empowering them to put operations on autopilot.
With FCS1 establishing itself as a standard in-hotel operations technology, FCS Solutions is well-positioned to assist hotels across Europe in streamlining operational efficiency and addressing ongoing challenges through transformative digitalisation.
Meeting the demand for FCS1 across 22 countries
The technology is currently used by brands such as Hyatt, IHG, Radisson, Hilton and Marriott.
The cloud-based hotel operations software is experiencing rapid adoption in hotels across 22 countries.
FCS1 is designed to streamline workflows, automate processes and optimise departments including housekeeping, guest services and maintenance.
Localised support
To underscore their commitment to customer satisfaction, FCS Solutions has opened two new offices, bringing their global total to 24.
The expansion ensures amplified and localised coverage, enabling the company to provide tailored solutions and support to its growing customer base.
The company has appointed Serkan Ertem and Antonii Plakhov to lead the expansion efforts in Turkey and France respectively.
Serkan, a seasoned hotelier, aims to champion FCS1 adoption in Turkey, leveraging his experiences to bring innovative solutions to hotels facing operational challenges. Antonii, with experience in the global travel industry, is positioned to introduce FCS1 to French hoteliers, addressing their unique challenges with international insights.
