Hospitality company Four Seasons has revealed plans to launch a new property in The Bahamas.
The Ocean Club, Four Seasons Residences Bahamas is scheduled to open in 2027 on Paradise Island.
It will be launched in partnership with US-based real estate development company Two Roads Development and Access Real Estate.
The property will offer a collection of 67 turnkey Private Residences managed by Four Seasons.
These will be situated near The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, Bahamas, marking the 60th anniversary of this destination.

“This project will bring an additional $400m in economic activity to the Bahamas and is projected to create around 200 full-time jobs.”
SB Architects and New York-based Champalimaud Design will be responsible for the architectural and interior designs.
Residences ranging from 3,124ft² two-bedrooms, 4,073ft² three-bedroom homes to 5,028ft² four-bedroom offerings will feature oceanfront or ocean views, along with verandas.
The open floor plans will include fixtures and fittings, along with five-bedroom beach villas and penthouses.
Beach villas will provide 7,459ft² of interior living space and 6,604ft² of outdoor terraces, along with a private pool.
Penthouses will have 5,263ft² indoors and 3,917ft² outdoors, featuring a private pool.
The property will offer an array of on-site amenities, including an oceanfront swimming pool, clubhouse, private cabanas, a Versailles-inspired Gardens and restaurant Dune, and more.
Additional facilities include a library, lounge, spa treatment rooms, co-working space, private cellar, rum room, children's playroom, media room, and a fitness centre, among others.
Marketing and sales for the residences are being led by Burnett Partners.
Four Seasons currently has 128 hotels and resorts, as well as 53 residential properties across 47 countries, with more than 50 projects in the works or the planning stages.
