Four Seasons opens new resort and residences in Doha

The new property in Qatar adds to Four Seasons’ growing portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts in the Middle East

International luxury hotel company Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has officially opened its new luxury resort and residence property, Four Seasons The Pearl-Qatar, in Doha, Qatar.

This new property joins the existing Four Seasons hotel in the city, Four Seasons Hotel Doha, along with the company's growing collection of properties in the Middle East, including the upcoming Four Seasons Private Residences Dubai at Jumeirah, Four Seasons Hotel Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, and the Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Muscat, Oman.

Prime location

Situated on a residential street on The Pearl-Qatar, a 4km² artificial island, the Four Seasons Resort and Residences offers 161 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Ranging from 105 to 280 square metres, each unit features fully equipped kitchens, an ensuite laundry and outdoor terraces.

The resort is strategically located on a private beach, close to The Pearl-Qatar's town square, restaurants, shops and entertainment.

It is a 20-minute drive from the West Bay business area and less than 30 minutes from Hamad International Airport.

Artful ambience

The property showcases a contemporary art collection, including works by local Qatari artists and international contributors.

Notable pieces include a wall sculpture by Turkish artist Gülay Semercioğlu and paintings by Parisian artist Maude Maris in the lobby. 

Exclusive features

Led by Executive Chef Luigi Ferraro, dining options include Spuntino, Duchess and Loulou Plage. 

Private event spaces such as The Pearl Lounge and La Plage event lawn are available.

Additional dining options, including La Méditerranée Robuchon, La Deli café, Chicago Rare and the One-Eight Cocktail Bar and Lounge, are set to open later.

Loulou Spa offers spa treatments featuring brands such as Biologique Recherche and Bellabaci.

The spa also features salon services, a gym and a 25-metre indoor lap pool overlooking the sea.

Family-focused facilities

The resort accommodates families with multi-bedroom options, child-friendly amenities and the Kids For All Seasons club.
