Four Seasons embarks on guest-centric strategy for 2024

Four Seasons is focusing on portfolio and pipeline development, residential leadership and immersive luxury.

Luxury hospitality company Four Seasons has detailed plans for its next stage of strategic global growth heading into 2024.

With a "guest-centric mindset", the company is aiming to enhance its core business of hotels and resorts, grow its residential portfolio and highlight its yacht venture.

Four Seasons currently operates 128 hotels and resorts across 47 countries.

Its development pipeline contains more than 50 hotels and resorts in planning and development, including properties in the Bahamas and Shanghai, China.

Four Seasons Private Residences strategy

The company aims to build on its residential portfolio of close to 5,000 units across 53 residential properties.

The Four Seasons global residential portfolio sold $1.5bn in real estate in 2023, and 65% of the Four Seasons hotel and resort development pipeline includes a residential component.

New luxury experiences

Four Seasons has expressed its continued intention to invest in luxury experiences and brand differentiation.

It currently provides private jet experiences, with 2024 itineraries travelling from Easter Island to the Lost City of Petra, Kyoto to the Serengeti, and Machu Picchu to Antarctica.

Road travel is offered through the Four Seasons Drive Experience, while Four Seasons Yachts is also moving towards its inauguration in late 2025.
