Colorado-based Gravity Haus has expanded its portfolio with the addition of The Radcliffe Hotel in the US state of Utah.
The transformation of The Radcliffe to Gravity Haus is set to commence immediately and will be the latest addition to Gravity Haus’ full-membership benefits programme.
It is the eighth destination, joining the already existing locations in Breckenridge, Steamboat, Vail, Winter Park, Denver and Aspen in Colorado and Truckee, California.
Gravity Haus CEO Jim Deters said: “Moab is a strategic addition to our highly curated portfolio of adventure-lifestyle destinations and The Radcliffe is an ideal fit.
“Our goal is to create unique experiences that connect our members and guests to nature and each other. Moab is an unforgettable place with countless opportunities to fulfil our mission of enabling modern adventure for everyone.”
The Radcliffe Hotel, which opened in 2021, was previously a Gravity Haus property partner.
Gravity Haus stated that given its focus on outdoor adventurous activities and sustainability, the transition to the new brand is expected to be seamless.
Located at the centre of downtown Moab, the property provides easy access to the city's cultural destinations and outdoor activities such as biking, rafting, climbing and hiking.
It boasts 38 spacious rooms, co-working spaces, fitness facilities, an outdoor pool and a hot tub, as well as discounted gear rentals and farm-to-cup coffee services.
Additionally, the hotel provides dog-friendly accommodations, just as at all Gravity Haus properties.
Positioned as a lifestyle hotel and membership club, Gravity Haus’ members can enjoy amenities such as StarterHaus, which is a co-working space; Haus Quiver, which is a gear-as-service offering access to bikes, camping gear and SUPs via a mobile app and also events and adventures.
It also allows non-members to book overnight stays and access amenities, while members receive special benefits and discounts.
