Among the range of amenities provided at the property are the Kayana spa, a swimming pool and a gym.
It also features the Kiya jazz bar, Bagan karaoke, the Jholoe restaurant serving global cuisine, the Bagan patio café and the Sakahi terrace kitchen and lounge.
The property hosts social and business events in the Xorai banqueting space which spans 2,500ft² and accommodates up to 350 guests.
The group plans to add new properties to further expand its portfolio across the region.
It has not disclosed the overall number of hotels to be added or their exact locations.
