Hotel Equities’ affiliate The Hotel Group, in collaboration with TE Miller Development, has initiated construction of the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Kalispell, Montana, US.

This new 107-room property marks the second hotel for The Hotel Group in Montana and the brand's third in the state.

The Hotel Group CEO Doug Dreher said: “We are excited to bring the Home2 Suites brand to Northwest Montana and to partner with TE Miller Development.

“We look forward to providing Hospitality Greatness with a high-quality extended stay option for those travelling to scenic Montana.”

Home2 Suites by Hilton Kalispell will provide all-suite accommodations, featuring kitchens and adaptable modular furniture.

It will have shared spaces and amenities such as the Spin2 Cycle, a dual-purpose laundry and fitness area, the Home2 MKT for quick purchases, complimentary daily breakfast and more.

Additional amenities include an indoor pool and an outdoor fire pit and grill area.  

The property is situated seven miles from Glacier Park International Airport and 45 minutes from Glacier National Park.

Earlier this year, Beechwood Pinnacle Hotels appointed Hotel Equities to manage AC Hotel by Marriott, which is located in downtown Kansas City within the historic Rialto Building. The 239-key hotel offers a host of modern amenities.

The Hotel Group currently manages a portfolio of properties, including Homewood Suites by Hilton in Issaquah and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Pullman, among others.
