GroupSync partners with Spreedly to boost revenue for hotel clientele

The partnership leverages Spreedly's open payments platform to enable hotel customers to swiftly integrate with GroupSync.

GroupSync, a platform by Groups360 that facilitates online bookings for group hotel rooms and meeting spaces, has announced a strategic partnership with open payments platform Spreedly.

This collaboration aims to accelerate value delivery and revenue growth for GroupSync's hotel clientele.

With GroupSync's platform, hotels can now offer real-time availability and direct booking for group guest rooms, meeting spaces, and food and beverage services.

Meeting professionals benefit from an efficient system to search, compare, and book accommodations and event spaces worldwide, either directly online or through an optimised request for proposal (RFP) process.

The partnership leverages Spreedly's open payments platform to enable hotel customers to swiftly integrate with GroupSync and maintain existing relationships with their payment service providers.

Moreover, Spreedly significantly reduces the Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance burden for hotels, eliminating the need for extensive on-site data security assessments.

Groups360 has enhanced electronic RFP capabilities across more than 200,000 properties globally.

Furthermore, over 20,000 GroupSync properties can now offer instant booking for group rooms and spaces, marking the company as the first to provide such services at scale.

Prominent hotel chains such as Hilton Hotels, Marriott International, Omni Hotels, IHG, Premier Inn, and Wyndham have adopted the instant booking feature for their customers through GroupSync.

Groups360 has offices in Nashville, London, and Singapore.

In June 2021, Groups360 and Hilton announced the global launch of GroupSync Engage, an integrated direct booking solution for group room blocks, across most of the Hilton portfolio.
