Grupo Brisas has selected hospitality technology company Shiji’s Infrasys Cloud POS and Enterprise Platform to enhance guest experiences across its Mexican properties.
Managing brands such as NIZUC Resort & Spa, Las Brisas Resorts, and Galería Plaza Urban Hotels, Grupo Brisas chose Shiji's solutions for advanced functionality and seamless integration capabilities.
Grupo Brisas human resources, legal and IT corporate director Gustavo Bolio Gómez said: “Our decision to choose Shiji was based on its superior functionality and seamless integrations. The intuitive interface, ease of use, and new functionalities provided have already started to show positive results in our operations.
“We have seen significant improvements in efficiency and guest satisfaction since implementation. The support from the Shiji team during the installation process has been exceptional, adapting to our critical needs effortlessly. We are excited to continue to grow this partnership.”
Introduced at Galería Plaza Monterrey last year, the Infrasys Cloud POS has optimised food and beverage services.
Meanwhile, Galería Plaza Leon became the first property to deploy both Infrasys Cloud POS and Shiji Enterprise Platform upon its July opening.
Shiji’s suite of tools, including ReviewPro Online Reputation Management and Shiji Analytics, is claimed to have played a role in this partnership.
The pilot installation at Galería Plaza Leon, featuring 176 rooms and six adaptable meeting spaces, marks Grupo Brisas’ strategy to advance technology.
Shiji Group Americas senior vice-president Ryan King said: “Grupo Brisas is an innovative leader in the hospitality industry, constantly seeking ways to enhance guest experiences.
“By adopting our state-of-the-art technology solutions, they are setting a new standard for hospitality excellence in the region.”
Earlier this month, Park Hotel Group in Asia Pacific also enhanced its guest experience with the Shiji Enterprise Platform.
