Egypt-based real estate developer GV Group has selected French corporation Egis to offer engineering consultancy services for its hospitality portfolio across Egypt.

The hospitality portfolio of GV Group includes luxury hotels, serviced apartments and sports and retail venues, including the 380-key White Sand – North Coast; a 5-star property in Mount Cairo; the 314-key Sultan Beach Hotel – Hurghada; the 250-key La Rosa Waves Hotel – Hurghada; 200-room Badawia Resort – Marsa Allam and a hotel in Times Square, Port Said.

Egis’ portfolio of services, in collaboration with Egis subsidiary Voltere, involves consulting services to improve, develop and repair these projects.

According to the agreement, Egis will assist GV’s development projects by delivering complete commercial and technical services.
