The newly renovated Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club hotel in the Florida Keys, US, has joined the Curio Collection by Hilton portfolio.
The announcement was made by Prime Hospitality Group, a division of Prime Group, which recently acquired the property.
The resort reopens after a comprehensive $14m renovation of its guest rooms, amenities, and dining facilities.
Located in Marathon, the resort joins its sister hotel, the Courtyard Faro Blanco Resort, on the same property with 250 guest rooms.
The Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club features 125 guest rooms, each equipped with a 42in TV, sleeper sofa, complimentary Wi-Fi and other amenities.
The Premier King Rooms, having undergone a renovation, now offer a blend of luxury and tropical-inspired art. The rooms are suitable for up to four guests.
The Premier Two Queen Rooms, accommodating up to six guests, provide a modern coastal living space with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa.
The property also includes the Parrish House, which is set to be renovated into a private bungalow with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living area.
Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club Marathon also boasts four outdoor pools, including an infinity pool. Plans are also in place to add a new full-service spa.
The resort offers over 40,000ft² of reimagined meeting space.
Dining options have been expanded with the inclusion of El Farito, Lighthouse Kitchen + Bar, and Blue Waters Bar & Grill, which is situated by the infinity pool in the Courtyard Faro Blanco building.
Guests can enjoy beach access and engage in activities such as guided snorkelling and fishing charters through the resort's exclusive partner, Faro Blanco Marina, A Suntex Experience.
