Hilton has entered a franchise deal with TFG Hotels to develop Canopy by Hilton Warsaw in Poland.

Set to open in 2025, the property will be Hilton's first lifestyle hotel in Poland, adding to the recent Canopy by Hilton openings in Cannes, Madrid, London and Paris.

TFG Hotels will oversee the management of the hotel.

Hilton senior vice-president of development for Europe, the Middle East and Africa Patrick Fitzgibbon said: “With five new hotels opening in the past year alone, Hilton’s growth in Poland continues at pace and destinations like Krakow, Warsaw and Wrocław present new opportunities for our world-class brands.”

TFG Hotels Anna Fijalkowska said: “Following an approximately €30m ($31.6m) investment, this newly developed hotel is certain to become a favourite for visitors and locals and we look forward to welcoming guests in 2025.”

Located in Warsaw, the property will feature 170 guestrooms along with Canopy Central, which will serve as a space for relaxation, work, or social gatherings for both guests and locals.

Guests can enjoy coffee, cocktails and locally inspired cuisine at the hotel’s rooftop terrace.

Additionally, the hotel will boast meeting and event spaces for a range of business as well as social events.

The hotel will be a 10-minute walk from the Palace of Culture and Science and Warsaw Central Station.

Guests can enjoy complimentary Canopy bikes to explore the city, the company said.

The property is also 15 minutes away by tram from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Warsaw's Old Town.

Additionally, guests at the property will have access to the Hilton Honours guest loyalty programme.

Canopy by Hilton Warsaw will become part of Hilton's portfolio of 29 properties in Poland, which includes Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Curio Collection by Hilton, among others.

It will also join Hilton’s six existing hotels in the city.
