Hilton has launched a new digital travel programme Hilton For Business to provide small to medium-sized businesses with support in travel management.

The global program offers a set of tools and rewards for business customers and their employees under the Hilton Honors membership scheme and points system.

Previously published data by Hilton reportedly found that 75% of small- and medium-sized business customers book their own business trips and manage their own travel in-house, without outsourcing.

Additionally, Hilton’s 2024 Trends Report spotlighted that 80% of global travellers agree that it is important to be able to book an entire trip online.

Hilton For Business members will receive discounted rates across Hilton’s global portfolio, bonus rewards points, personal and business digital travel profiles, and spending management tools.

Hilton president of global brands and commercial services Chris Silcock commented: “We listen to the needs of our customers. This includes our small- and medium-sized business customers who have been looking for a travel platform – and loyalty benefits – that meets their unique set of needs and reduces friction points, from booking to billing.”

Hotel Management Network named Hilton as a top winner in the global hospitality industry for 2023.

To kick off 2024, the company also launched an extended-stay hotel brand designed for long-stay guests called LivSmart Studios.
