Hospitality group Hilton has opened its second Tempo by Hilton location in Nashville, Tennessee, US.
Situated downtown near Broadway, Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown is a 15-minute drive from Nashville International Airport.
The property is developed and owned by HRI Hospitality and operated by HRI’s operating company, HRI Lodging.
The hotel boasts 306 rooms, each equipped with Bluetooth speaker mirrors and APOTHEKE brand bath amenities.
The property features 9,500ft² of indoor and outdoor meeting space, a 1,000ft² fitness centre, a rooftop bar, and an outdoor pool and a sky lobby.
Tempo by Hilton global brand head Kevin Morgan said: “With our target customer in mind, the modern achiever, it was a no-brainer when choosing Nashville as a location for our newest Tempo by Hilton property, adding to the Music City footprint of outstanding accommodations by Hilton, and growing the new lifestyle brand.
“We’re thrilled to watch this wellness-focused brand grow with the success of Tempo by Hilton Nashville, Times Square and the over 30 others in the pipeline including Raleigh and Louisville.”
HRI Hospitality chief investment and development officer Michael Coolidge said: “HRI is ecstatic to bring this game-changing brand, offering a new lifestyle-focused accommodation to the heart of Nashville.”
Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown introduces three food and beverage venues, including Nashville's inaugural Bluestone Lane Café, the Lovelorn Lounge and Pool Bar serving New American cuisine, and an outdoor pool bar featuring a Mediterranean-inspired menu complemented by a range of cocktails.
The hotel also offers Topgolf Swing Suites, two golf simulators, the city's first that are accessible to both guests and locals.
The 16-storey hotel was designed by ESa, with interior design by Wimberly Interiors and construction by BELL Construction.
Last month, Hilton unveiled a new Tru by Hilton property in North Augusta, South Carolina.
The 98-room hotel provides complimentary breakfast and electric vehicle charging stations, aligning with the company's mid-scale brand ethos of compact rooms and expansive communal areas.
