Hilton has reached an agreement with M Hospitality to launch a new resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The upcoming Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa will feature 315 spacious king rooms and 35 suites.
It will also offer six restaurants and bars, a fitness club, a spa and wellness centre, an executive lounge and a 360° sky pool with views of the Arabian Gulf.
Additional facilities include tennis courts, a kids club, a dedicated children's pool and a playground.
Situated next to the Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island Hotel, the resort will be an hour's drive from Dubai International Airport and 20 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.
Hilton Middle East & Africa development vice president Carlos Khneisser said: “Hilton has been operating in Ras Al Khaimah for over 20 years and we are excited to be working with M Hospitality once again.
“With Ras Al Khaimah expected to welcome over 3.8 million visitors by 2027, we see great opportunity in the emirate and its leisure hubs such as Marjan Island. We currently have two hotels in operation on the island and Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa will add significantly to our offering.”
The addition of this property will further strengthen Hilton’s Middle East portfolio, which includes 80 hotels across 11 brands.
Currently, the company operates 36 hotels in the UAE including five in Ras Al Khaimah.
Recently, Hilton, in collaboration with Misr Company for Investment and Development (MID), signed DoubleTree by Hilton New Cairo At Forty Residences in the New Cairo district, Egypt.
