Hilton’s luxury hotel brands are continuing to expand globally, with plans for over 500 new properties in key destinations such as New York, Costa Rica, Athens, and Osaka.

This growth reflects the brand's ongoing efforts to strengthen its position in the competitive luxury hospitality sector.

LXR Hotels & Resorts: expanding into new markets

LXR Hotels & Resorts is significantly expanding its presence, with new properties planned for various global locations.

In 2024, the brand will debut several high-profile properties in the United States, including the Arizona Biltmore, Beach Village and Shore House at Hotel del Coronado, and Ka Laʻi Waikīkī Beach in Hawaii.

This expansion aligns with LXR’s strategy of providing a collection of distinctive, independent hotels.

A major milestone for the brand will be its first property in China, set to open in Xi’an in 2027. Known for its cultural heritage, Xi’an is expected to offer a unique luxury experience.

Another notable upcoming property is in Casablanca, Morocco, scheduled to open in 2025. This will be LXR’s first hotel in Morocco, located in the upscale 'Triangle d’Or' district. The hotel will feature 148 rooms, several restaurants, a rooftop venue, and a world-class spa.

LXR is also introducing the Spirit of Adventure programme, which aims to provide guests with immersive, culturally enriched experiences at properties worldwide.

NoMad Hotels: revitalising its London property

NoMad Hotels is undergoing a transformation with its flagship London property.

In 2025, the Atrium restaurant at NoMad London will undergo a renovation, introducing a new culinary director and an updated art programme. The brand, known for its blend of grandeur and intimacy, aims to create a vibrant yet intimate dining experience.

The changes are part of NoMad’s ongoing efforts to evolve and meet the needs of luxury travellers seeking both festive and peaceful environments.

Signia by Hilton: expanding to Amman

Signia by Hilton will debut outside the United States with the opening of a new property in Amman, Jordan, in January 2025. This hotel will feature 272 rooms and suites, as well as seven dining venues offering a range of international cuisines.

In addition to a spa, fitness centre, and entertainment facilities, the hotel will introduce a Club Signia experience for select rooms, offering enhanced personalised service.

This expansion marks an important step for Signia by Hilton as it continues to grow internationally, providing an elevated, cosmopolitan experience for both leisure and business travellers.

Hilton’s expanding global luxury portfolio

Hilton’s luxury brands are continuing to grow with new developments planned for destinations such as Italy, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, and Japan.

With these additions, Hilton aims to meet the increasing demand for high-end hospitality in diverse global locations.

The expansion of these luxury brands presents more opportunities for Hilton Honors members to earn and redeem points at world-class destinations.
