Hilton has announced plans for the expansion of its luxury portfolio: Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, and LXR Hotels & Resorts, in 2024 and beyond.
Upcoming enhancements promise bespoke experiences, thoughtful partnerships and a growth pipeline for expansion into sought-after destinations.
Waldorf Astoria
The growth of the Waldorf Astoria brand will include the addition of 29 properties in the coming years.
Notable openings will include the Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island and the Waldorf Astoria New York, set to re-open in late 2024 after a comprehensive restoration.
Waldorf Astoria also plans openings in Kuala Lumpur, Osaka, Costa Rica and at London's Admiralty Arch in 2025. 2026 will see entries in Sydney, Tokyo Nihonbashi, Hanoi, Jakarta and in Tanger, Morocco.
LXR Hotels & Resorts
LXR Hotels & Resorts will continue its expansion in 2024 after entering new markets with the Plaza Doha in Qatar and Umana Bali in 2023.
The brand's first Hawaiian property, set to open in February 2024 in Honolulu, will undergo a custom design renovation in early 2025 by Bryan O'Sullivan Studio.
Several soon-to-be-announced signings and future openings include properties in Abu Dhabi and Riyadh in 2025, and the Grand Hotel Gardone Lake Garda in Italy in 2026.
Conrad Hotels & Resorts
Conrad Hotels & Resorts has unveiled plans for four new hotels in 2024, including Conrad Orlando in Evermore, Florida, Conrad Singapore Orchard, Conrad Bahrain Financial Harbour, and Conrad Chongqing, China.
Conrad's 2025 openings include Conrad Hamburg in Germany, Conrad Athens The Ilisian in Greece and Conrad Chengdu in China. Conrad Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley in Saudi Arabia will follow in 2026.
