Hotel Lincoln, a member of the JdV by Hyatt collection, has selected the ROH platform to track and reconcile bookings seamlessly and accelerate payment processing.
This move offers the hotel clear visibility into transactions, ensuring that card-on-file collections and authorisations are captured and tracked effectively.
The adoption of the ROH payments and revenue management platform is said to improve the collaboration between the hotel's sales and finance teams, translating into better client experience.
ROH CEO and founder Jess Conroy said: “In the fast-paced hospitality industry, where properties manually manage hundreds, even thousands, of bookings that each has differing payment schedules, properties are facing unnecessary risk due to ageing AR [accounts receivables].
“At ROH, we’ve worked hand-in-hand with finance and sales teams to understand the root of these challenges and create a system to minimise that accounting risk. It’s gratifying to see partners like Hotel Lincoln reap the rewards of our technological efforts to seamlessly manage accounting and AR needs, ultimately increasing profitability.”
Situated in Chicago, the hotel offers around 200 rooms and suites designed by interior designer Andrew Alford.
It has dining options such as Sushi Suite 202, J Parker Rooftop Bar, Elaine's Coffee Call, Sushi By Bou Lincoln Park and more.
Hotel Lincoln also offers event spaces of approximately 5,000ft², a Joy of Meetings programme, a 24-hour fitness centre, and a business centre.
Earlier this year, Evolution Hospitality's Inn at Rancho Santa Fe Hotel in California also adopted the ROH platform.
This move was aimed at automating systems and transforming the management of contracting, invoicing, and payments at the property.
