Hotel Mogel Consulting has chosen Maestro PMS [property management system] for the external assessment of hotel operations.
This partnership intends to ensure that owners optimise their technology for peak team productivity.
Maestro focuses on customer service and aims to help clients succeed comprehensively.
Hotel Mogel offers services such as tech and technology evaluation (TNT) service which evaluates a hotel's current systems and workflows.
TNT helps design a plan for deploying new technologies and process innovations to enhance net operating income and team efficiency.
Hotel Mogel partner Adam Mogelonsky said: “There’s so much that technologies can do to augment the guest experience and activate additional revenues along the customer journey. But the enormity of choice can hinder innovation.
“Hotels can be lost in the integrations, in meetings to decide on what technology to deploy next, and in what’s now known as ‘dashboard fatigue’ where there are simply too many systems that an employee must use.”
Maestro president Warren Dehan said: “Today we are thrilled to add the TNT Hotel Evaluation Programme to Maestro’s services offering.
“Now Maestro customers looking for technological implementation as a way to improve on labour costs, grow revenues (both rooms revenues and ancillary spend), increase team productivity, and fight against the hotel industry’s unprecedented rates of turnover, have access to professional consultants who can evaluate their tech stack on request and formulate a plan for success.”
Last month, Maestro announced that Twin Peaks Lodge in Colorado, US, uses Maestro PMS’s self-service kiosks.
The 93-room hotel selected Maestro PMS to enhance its digital operations and capabilities.
In 2018, the hotel started using the system and then started using Maestro’s connectivity features to install three check-in kiosks in the main lobby.
Maestro is a hospitality PMS software company that provides services such as a web browser or Windows software.
It also offers users the option to choose between hosting the Maestro Cloud Platform on their premises, in a private cloud, or using cloud hosting.
