Raines has added Hotel Theo, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, to its management portfolio, under its lifestyle division, Woven by Raines.
The hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana, previously named Hotel Magnolia, is under the ownership of TCOR Hotel Partners and TriGate Capital.
Raines operations president and partner Kerry Ranson said: “Adding Hotel Theo strengthens our presence in New Orleans and further accelerates our growth in the South-East.
“This project in particular was an ideal fit for our skillset. Our existing presence in New Orleans, our history of successful Hilton transitions, and our focus on the lifestyle sector all coalesced as we worked with TCOR and Trigate on this conversion. Our team can’t wait to begin offering tailor-made experiences to guests at Hotel Theo.”
Situated between the French Quarter and the Warehouse District, Hotel Theo occupies a building from the late 1800s.
The 101-room hotel now provides a range of amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, a meeting space spanning 600ft², and an on-site restaurant.
It is less than a ten-minute drive from the Port of New Orleans.
The latest development comes after Raines’ addition of Cambria Charleston Riverview to its management portfolio in April.
Raines has expanded its management portfolio by adding more than 20 properties since early this year.
This includes an agreement with Atlantic Hotels Group, which brought 16 hotels under Raines' operation in June this year.
Raines’ current portfolio includes the Waynesville Inn & Golf, Hilton Garden Inn Rock Hill, and Cambria Hotel Greenville, among others.
