HUALUXE Hotels and Resorts, a luxury brand from IHG Hotels & Resorts, has launched 'HUALUXE FUSION DISHES', a series of creative seasonal fusion menus, at Xian Yan All Day Dining in 20 hotels across China.
The initiative aims to offer an enhanced dining experience by combining classic Asian flavours with Western culinary techniques.
The menus will change quarterly, reflecting the themes and flavours of each season.
HUALUXE said that its latest move, inspired by the brand's insight into customer preferences, complements its efforts to evolve the "Elegance of Chinese Aesthetics" while preserving Chinese traditions.
The new Origins of Summer menu, which debuts at HUALUXE Shanghai Changfeng Park, is claimed to combine both innovation and tradition.
Starting in July, guests at Xian Yan All-Day Dining in HUALUXE Hotels & Resorts can avail the "Origins of Summer" fusion dishes, marking the beginning of a seasonal culinary adventure that promises fresh flavours and innovative creations.
