Grazzy, a digital tipping platform, has been selected as a preferred digital tipping solution provider by Hyatt Hotels.

The agreement allows more than 700 Hyatt franchise locations to adopt Grazzy's digital tipping solutions.

The solution will help hotel operations, bar and restaurant staff earn an additional $1–$2 per hour and have immediate access to their tips.

The agreement comes after Hotel Equities implemented a digital tipping platform powered by Grazzy for its associates earlier this year.

Additionally, Grazzy has partnered with various other hotel operators to develop effective strategies for increasing digital tipping at individual properties. These hotel operators include HRI, Crestline and Dimension Hospitality.

Grazzy founder and CEO Russell Lemmer said: “Grazzy is helping service workers recapture tips that cashless innovations have for years made fewer and farther between.

“In doing so, we help hotels, bars, restaurants and other service businesses recruit and retain great talent in a competitive labour market.”

The platform has implemented interactive enterprise reporting tools for operators to assess team and property performance across their portfolios.

These tools facilitate the sharing of strategies among groups, increasing digital tipping and allowing one property to earn more than others.

Grazzy's tip payment process seamlessly integrates with each hotel brand’s designed guest experiences.

It provides guests with the option to select pre-set or custom tip amounts, as well as leave specific feedback to acknowledge employees' efforts.

The platform also extends its services to service businesses, such as providing instant payouts for employees, including food and beverage staff at hotel locations.

The list of services also includes integration with property management systems and other operating tech stack systems, offering secure and branded tips within ten seconds or less.

In May this year, Grazzy integrated its digital tipping solution with Oracle’s Hospitality Opera Cloud.

Generative AI can improve personalized healthcare by collecting data from patients via wearable devices. These wearables can provide continuous, real-time data that can complement traditional data sources such as imaging, patient records, and more. Generative AI tools can also help healthcare professionals make more accurate diagnoses by finding abnormalities that a healthcare professional may have missed. It can also enhance existing imaging techniques by generating high-quality images of organs using data from low-resolution images (such as ultrasounds).
