Hyatt acquires upscale lifestyle brand me and all hotels

In a move to strengthen its European presence and expand its lifestyle portfolio, Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the acquisition of the me and all hotels brand from German hospitality group Lindner Hotels AG.

The acquisition builds upon a successful collaboration initiated in 2022, which integrated most Lindner properties and me and all hotels into the World of Hyatt loyalty programme.

Targeted growth for upscale segment

Hyatt aims to leverage me and all hotels' brand recognition and conversion-friendly development model to fuel growth in the desirable upscale lifestyle segment.

The brand currently operates six hotels in central German cities, with a pipeline including new builds and conversions in key destinations such as Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig and Stuttgart. 

Hyatt also revealed additional development deals in negotiation for locations outside Germany.

"The Lindner team has built an incredible brand with me and all hotels, and we believe the brand has great potential for expansion across Europe and other global markets,” said Felicity Black-Roberts, senior vice-president of development for EAME [Europe, Africa and the Middle East], Hyatt.

“Our collaboration with Lindner was a significant step forward for our distribution in the EAME region, expanding our brand footprint and offering many new locations to our 46 million World of Hyatt members."

Its central locations, stylish design and focus on technology create a perfect blend of comfort and productivity. 

The hotels feature co-working spaces alongside lively public areas, while local partnerships with restaurants, artists and startups inject a dose of local flavour and unique experiences.
