Hospitality solutions provider IDS Next has entered a preferred vendor agreement with Absolute Hotel Services MEA (AHS MEA) and Dex Squared Hotel Management to provide its cloud hospital suite.
As part of the agreement, IDS Next will provide its ‘FX cloud suite’ of hospitality solutions managed by AHS MEA and Dex.
With a presence in various regions, including Vietnam, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, and now Europe, AHS MEA specialises in providing a comprehensive range of services and consultancy support in the hospitality sector.
Meanwhile, Dex Squared is a hotel management company that leverages hospitality solutions expertise to safeguard an owner’s assets through continuous performance evaluation while offering a suitable model to meet ownership goals.
Both AHS MEA and Dex Squared have selected IDS Next as a strategic partner to drive growth and innovation in the hospitality industry.
The FX cloud platform by IDS Next aims to meet the evolving demands of the hotel, wellness, restaurant, and leisure sectors.
The mobile-first native cloud solution has been designed to offer enhanced flexibility and functionality, including efficient back-office operations and front-end interactions, all of which can be accessed anywhere, from any device.
This suite is poised to revolutionise the way hotels operate, offering agility and security at the forefront of business operations.
According to IDS Next, its FX cloud suite includes a variety of solutions such as FX Front Office Management, FX Guest Service, and FX Housekeeping. One of the standout features is FX GeM, which allows guests to upload documents, sign digitally, and check in swiftly via QR code scan.
All these applications are securely hosted on MS Azure.
