Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has expanded its portfolio with the launch of Ginger Nagpur Airport Road in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

This new addition aligns with IHCL's lean luxe design philosophy, blending work and leisure in a modern setting.

Featuring 86 keys, the Ginger Nagpur Airport Road is part of a mixed-use development that includes a premier shopping mall.

Its strategic location near Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Airport and the new metro line offers seamless connectivity for travellers.

IHCL's new businesses, hotel openings and corporate communications executive vice-president Deepika Rao said: "This opening aligns perfectly with IHCL’s strategic vision of establishing a presence in key commercial centres. As an emerging metropolis and the primary business hub of Central India, Nagpur holds significant potential.

“We are delighted to debut the Ginger brand in the city with the opening of Ginger Nagpur Airport Road."

The hotel offers facilities such as an all-day diner offering global and local cuisine, a swimming pool, a gym, and a meeting room.

With this launch, IHCL is strengthening its presence in Maharashtra, now boasting 34 hotels across various brands, including Taj, Vivanta, SeleQtions and Ginge. This includes 11 hotels in development.

IHCL and its subsidiaries offer a blend of traditional Indian hospitality and service through its brands, including the Taj, SeleQtions, upscale Vivanta, and the lean luxe Ginger.

The company's global portfolio spans 311 hotels, with 90 under development, across four continents, 13 countries, and over 100 locations.

Earlier this month, IHCL and CG Hospitality teamed up to expand their portfolio to 25 hotels in India by next year.

The hotels include 11 operating hotels and an additional 14 hotels, which will be launched under the ‘Ekyam’ platform.

This new addition aligns with IHCL's lean luxe design philosophy, blending work and leisure in a modern setting.
