Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed a 200-key new resort in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, to be branded as a Gateway resort.
This Greenfield project represents a partnership between IHCL, Jalan Group, V2RS Group, and Jatsons, bolstering IHCL's portfolio in the region.
Jalan Builders managing director and Jalan Hospitality partner Pratiik Jalan, along with partners V2RS Group head Vineet Jain and Jatsons Sunil Choudhary, said: “We are delighted to collaborate with IHCL in Sawai Madhopur for their Gateway brand. This partnership underscores our commitment to developing a world-class resort offering in Rajasthan.”
Gateway - Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan will provide a variety of culinary experiences with an all-day diner, a bar, and a speciality restaurant.
It will offer more than 15,000ft² of banquet space suitable for both celebrations and corporate gatherings. Additional facilities include a spa, a gym, and a swimming pool.
With this addition, IHCL's presence in Rajasthan will encompass 30 hotels, of which nine are under development.

Recently, IHCL also signed two new Taj Hotels in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
IHCL's global portfolio now includes 334 hotels, with 109 under development, spanning four continents, 13 countries, and over 130 locations.
