IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Atwell Suites brand has expanded its US portfolio with the opening of Atwell Suites Austin Airport in Texas.
Besides being the inaugural property of the brand in the state, it is also the third US property for the brand following the launch in Miami and Denver.
The new 80-room hotel is designed to cater to guests seeking extended stays and blends business and leisure amenities.
Located near the Austin Bergstrom International Airport and a short drive from Downtown Austin, Atwell Suites Austin Airport aims to provide guests with the brand's signature offerings tailored for longer stays.

Each suite at the Atwell Suites Austin Airport has been designed to create distinct areas for work and relaxation.
It has functional workspaces and a cosy lounge area, adorned with a gallery wall above the in-room sofa.
The hotel's lobby merges private and communal spaces, featuring design elements that celebrate the culture of the region.
Culinary offerings at the hotel include a breakfast selection with both hot and cold items such as overnight oats and vegetable egg white omelettes, alongside the brand's Churro doughnut.
Guests have round-the-clock access to the self-serve refreshment stand, which provides bean-to-cup coffee, still and sparkling water, and tea. Among the evening options include a variety of beverages, from wine and local beers to ready-to-drink cocktails.
The launch of Atwell Suites Austin Airport follows IHG's announcement of expanding its presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, earlier this month.
This expansion involved a management agreement with the King Abdullah Financial District Management and Development Company.
