IHG Hotels & Resorts has partnered with MMS Land, to launch the first Vignette Collection hotel, Rumah Luwih Bali, in Indonesia.
The property with 74 guest rooms and suites is set to become a part of the IHG system later this year.
In 2024, this beachfront luxury colonial-style resort will undergo extensive refurbishment before fully transitioning into a Vignette Collection property.
IHG Hotels & Resorts South East Asia and Korea Development senior director Chris Anklin said: “IHG Hotels & Resorts is expanding quickly across Indonesia with 24 open hotels and 15 hotels in the pipeline. As we grow across wonderful destinations in Indonesia, Bali continues to be an important market and tourism hub for international and domestic travellers.”

The property provides a range of amenities including an all-day dining restaurant, meeting rooms, fitness centre, swimming pool, and spa.
Located in Bali, the Indonesian mansion offers views of Mount Agung and the ocean as well as provides access to temples including Besakih, Tirta Gangga, and the Water Palace.
It is also an hour’s drive away from the I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport.
Guests at the property can enjoy various activities such as diving, snorkelling, sunrise walks upon the sands, home cooking style dining, eco-tourism activities, among others.
Rumah Luwih Bali will join other properties including Convent Square Lisbon, Casa da Companhia in Porto, Portugal, Yours Truly DC in the US.
