IHG Hotels & Resorts has entered a management agreement with Satyadeo Hotels for the development of a Holiday Inn property in the Indian state of Rajasthan.
The new property, Holiday Inn Resort Pushkar, is due to open in January 2029.
It will offer three dining options, a fitness centre, a swimming pool, a spa, and a retail store. It will also house six meeting rooms and a ballroom to host MICE and social events.

In India, IHG operates a network of 46 hotels across six brands, including Crowne Plaza, voco, Holiday Inn Resort, and Holiday Inn Express.
The company has a pipeline of 55 hotels, which are scheduled to launch within the coming three to five years.
In July this year, IHG Hotels & Resorts reached a management agreement with Geelan Residency for its first hotel in Kashmir, expected to open in 2026.
