IHG Hotels & Resorts has ranked first in Saudi Arabia’s Best Workplaces Survey for large organisations, led by workplace assessment authority, Great Place to Work.
Great Place to Work Middle East evaluates companies using a research-driven methodology to assess organisations and benchmark them against the best within their industries.
With more than 4,300 employees across its hotels and corporate office, IHG is committed to supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and its wider hospitality sector objectives, one of which is to attract, retain and grow the capabilities and skills of the nation's talent.
IHG has introduced employee-focused initiatives including the IHG Academy, a learning programme to develop careers in hospitality through work experience, internships and apprenticeships.

The company opened a new office in Riyadh in 2023 to support its growth plans with a development pipeline of 36 hotels in the kingdom.
At the beginning of 2024, IHG signed a management deal with the Rusd Group to bolster its premium portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
The company has 6,000 hotels in more than 100 countries and a further 1,900 in global development.
