IHG Hotels & Resorts has unveiled the first voco hotel in India – voco Jim Corbett in the Dhilkuli region of Uttarakhand.
This marks the expansion of IHG's portfolio in the Indian market to seven brands.
Located in 13.5 acres of greenery along the Kosi River, voco Jim Corbett offers a tranquil escape surrounded by dense forests and natural beauty.
Lying in the foothills of the Mailani range, the hotel allows guests to immerse themselves in the wildlife and landscapes of Kumaon.
voco Jim Corbett caters to a range of occasions with its comprehensive amenities. Corporate and leisure travellers can enjoy all-day dining, host events in indoor and outdoor banquet spaces or relax at the alfresco lounge bar.
The hotel also features a swimming pool, spa, landscaped lawns, an amphitheatre and a fitness centre.
The hotel has 70 rooms with spacious layouts and elegant décor reflecting the voco brand identity. Designed for comfort, the rooms feature plush bedding, essential amenities and good views.
The hotel's road connectivity to major North Indian cities makes it an ideal venue for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions including weddings and other celebrations.
The hotel embodies the three core values of the voco brand – "come on in," "me time" and "voco life". These values translate into a seamless check-in process, fast Wi-Fi, premium amenities and a relaxed atmosphere, allowing guests to unwind and connect with themselves and others throughout their stay.
With the launch of voco Jim Corbett, IHG Hotels & Resorts strengthens its presence in Southwest Asia. The company currently operates 45 hotels across five brands in the region – Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn Resort, Six Senses and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts. IHG has a robust pipeline of 45 hotels scheduled to open up to 2028.
