InterGlobe Enterprises has introduced Miiro, a new lifestyle hotel brand, marking its entry into the European hospitality market.
The company’s hospitality expansion beyond India started with acquiring hotels in various European cities, including London, Paris, Barcelona, Vienna, Hamburg and Gstaad.
Miiro's collection features individually designed hotels, drawing inspiration from the neighbourhood, community, and local architecture.
The brand's debut includes the opening of Le Grand Hôtel Cayré in Paris and Borneta in Barcelona.
Situated in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Le Grand Hôtel Cayré has undergone renovations.
It now offers 123 rooms and suites that showcase Parisian apartment-style interiors and also features a French brasserie named Annette and an exclusive bar, Officine Bac.
Located in Barcelona's vibrant El Born district, Borneta has 92 rooms and suites.
It also includes Volta, a restaurant with an open-plan kitchen, and 180°, a cocktail bar with a rooftop terrace.
InterGlobe Enterprises Group Strategy and International Hospitality executive director and Miiro CEO Neena Gupta said: “At InterGlobe, we pride ourselves on not just recognising opportunities, but on reshaping industries and Miiro is a testament to this visionary leadership.
“We believe travel should be a thoughtful journey, not just a stay. Our newly launched Paris and Barcelona hotels mark the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Miiro as we redefine hospitality through immersive experiences that connect travellers with the heart of each city.”
Miiro is set to further increase its presence with the addition of two new properties next year.
Templeton Garden in London's Earl’s Court will offer 156 rooms, along with a cafe-deli, a neighbourhood restaurant, a bar, and an outdoor food and beverage experience.
Additionally, the brand plans to introduce new properties next year and eyes continued expansion into 2026.
