Kempinski Hotels to rebrand two properties in Dubai, UAE 

The properties include Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai and Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai.

Kempinski Hotels has entered a partnership with Abu Dhabi National Hotels to rebrand two properties in Dubai, UAE. 

The properties include Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai and Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai formerly known as Address Boulevard and Address Dubai Mall, respectively.  

The 72-storey Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai offers 198 rooms and suites, as well as residences.  

The interiors feature neutral tones, fine furnishings, and original artwork. 

It also offers private dining areas and an open-air terrace catering to intimate occasions. 

Other amenities at the property include three swimming pools, a kids' club and a 760m² spa with treatments, hammams, and salt and steam rooms.

The property also provides guests access to attractions such as Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera and Burj Khalifa. 

Kempinski Hotel Central Avenue Dubai has 245 rooms and suites featuring ambient lighting, touchpad technology and private balconies. 

It also offers a spa and dining options ranging from Middle Eastern dishes to international favourites. 

Abu Dhabi National Hotels CEO Khalid Anib said: “We are delighted to see the Kempinski flag flying over two of our most prestigious properties in Dubai.

These new properties join the existing Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates and Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah in the city. 

Additionally, Kempinski Residences The Creek Dubai is scheduled to open in 2025.
