Germany-based KING's Hotels has launched Homes by KING's initiative, a new extended-stay accommodation solution targeting business travellers.

Located in Munich, the new accommodation is for those seeking the luxury of hotel amenities combined with home comforts.

This new offering caters specifically to freelancers, entrepreneurs, and digital nomads looking for longer-term lodging options.

The initiative presents a variety of extended-stay accommodations, including hotel apartments at KING's Hotel First and AdvaStay by KING's.

Each living space has been designed to meet the needs of the modern traveller, featuring amenities such as fully equipped kitchenettes and workspaces, along with access to laundry facilities and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Strategically situated in the Maxvorstadt district of Munich, Homes by KING's provides easy access to the city's business areas, entertainment spots, and major transportation links.

An important aspect of this initiative is the KING's Cafe & Bar Munich, which serves as a café during the day and transforms into a cocktail bar at night.

In line with the demand for flexibility and efficiency, Homes by KING's has also introduced a digital check-in and check-out process.
