Lark Hotels has joined forces with ancillary revenue solutions provider Plusgrade to enhance guest experiences across its US boutique properties.
This collaboration will see the integration of Plusgrade's upselling solutions into Lark Hotels' property management systems.
It is expected to unlock new revenue streams and deliver personalised experiences for guests.
Lark Hotels revenue management VP Nikola Jasprica said: "Our partnership with Plusgrade emphasises our commitment to innovation and guest-centric hospitality.
“Their innovative solutions align perfectly with our commitment to hospitality excellence and they will enable us to offer our guests more personalised and flexible stay options.”
The partnership will provide Lark Hotels access to Plusgrade's suite of hospitality solutions.
This includes Premium Upgrades, which allows guests to bid on or purchase premium room upgrades.
This feature is designed to offer a seamless user experience.
StayExtend is another solution offered by Plusgrade, offering guests the flexibility to check in early, check out later, or extend their stay.
Furthermore, StayPlus enables guests to customise their stay with a variety of post-booking amenities such as spa sessions, gourmet dinners, and on-property rentals.
In addition, by leveraging data from its global ancillary revenue network, Plusgrade will provide Lark Hotels with valuable market insights.
These insights will support informed decision-making and enhancements to guest experiences.
Plusgrade’s personalised customer engagement is said to boost conversion rates, optimising revenue strategies for Lark Hotels.
Plusgrade founder and CEO Ken Harris said: “We're excited to provide Lark Hotels with the tools to delight guests and maximise high-margin opportunities that will drive substantial revenue growth.
“Our solutions are designed to enhance guest satisfaction through personalised upgrades and customised amenities.”
The latest move comes following Plusgrade’s collaboration with Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) to introduce loyalty solutions last year.
