US-based LBA Hospitality has assumed management of Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville-Turkey Creek/Farragut in Tennessee, US.

Recently acquired by 3H Group of Chattanooga, the hotel marks the 25th property managed by LBA in partnership with 3H Group.

The four-storey property has 105 rooms and suites with a microwave, coffeemaker, and mini-refrigerator. It caters to both leisure and business travellers.

It also includes a meeting room spanning 528ft², an outdoor swimming pool, and a 24/7 fitness centre. It offers a hot breakfast and free Wi-Fi to guests.

The hotel is situated at 11340 Campbell Lakes Drive, 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville and 17 miles from McGhee Tyson Airport.

It is within a short drive of the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame, Knoxville Convention Centre, and East Tennessee History Centre.

Additionally, it offers guests easy access to Turkey Creek shopping and dining spots, as well as attractions such as World's Fair Park and Knoxville Zoo.

Last week, LBA Hospitality revealed the completion of renovation at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Ft Worth-Burleson in Texas, US.

The renovation work covered 88 guestrooms and suites, as well as the public spaces of the hotel.
