Alabama-based hotel management company LBA Hospitality has completed the renovation of Home2 Suites by Hilton Houston/Katy in Texas, US.

The hotel is managed by LBA Hospitality and owned by Details Hotel Group.

The refurbishment updated the hotel’s guestrooms and communal spaces to include all seating, wall treatments, flooring, lighting and millwork. 

The pet-friendly hotel now features artwork, window treatments and 50-inch HDTVs in all its 92 suites.

LBA Hospitality COO Farrah Adams said: "We are happy to have the opportunity to take the Home2 Suites by Hilton Houston/Katy to new levels of hospitality through these upgrades.

"This makeover will make it one of the most sought-after hotels in the area."  

The accommodations at the property also include modular furniture and kitchenettes and provide guests with the option to customise.

The property offers a business centre, an outdoor saline pool, an on-site restaurant and an outdoor space with a barbecue grill and a fire pit area.  

Other amenities at the hotel include free Wi-Fi, a complimentary daily breakfast, a fitness centre, digital check-in and a parking facility.

It also offers two meeting rooms spread across 896ft² of area.

Located right off I-10 at 20985 Katy Parkway, the hotel is ten minutes from the Energy Corridor.

It provides guests access to nearby locations such as Katy Mills Premium Outlets, Spa World Houston, LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch and the Great Southwest Equestrian Centre.

Currently, Home2 Suites by Hilton has 560 operational hotels and over 630 in the development pipeline.

In August this year, the opening of a Home2Suites property in Florida was additionally announced.
