India-based Lemon Tree Hotels has further bolstered its presence in India with the signing of Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Yadagirigutta, in Telangana, as reported by BWHotelier.
Scheduled to open by fiscal year (FY) 2026, the property will be managed by Lemon Tree Hotels’ wholly-owned subsidiary and the management division of Carnation Hotels.
This latest signing comes just after the hotel chain signed a property agreement to build a hotel in Badrinath, Uttarakhand, last month.
Carnation Hotels CEO Mahesh Aiyer said: “We are delighted to announce the expansion of our portfolio in Telangana. Religious tourism is a rapidly growing segment and we, as a brand, are actively expanding in this segment.
“This opening will be in addition to our four existing hotels and resorts in the state.”
The property will offer 150 rooms, a restaurant and a bar, along with banquet and conference venues.
Among the other amenities to be provided at the property are a fitness centre, a swimming pool and various other public spaces.
The property is located in a hill town in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district, roughly 60km from Hyderabad city.
It is 90km away from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and 6km away from Bhongir railway station.
It is also well-connected via both private and public transportation.
Additionally, the hotel’s location provides guests access to spots such as Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple as well as views of hills and forests.
Currently, the hotel chain manages approximately 9,400 rooms across 96 hotels spanning 61 locations in India as well as abroad, under its diverse brands.
