Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a new property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Nashik, in Maharashtra, India.
Expected to open in fiscal 2026, the hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a fully owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
The upcoming property will offer 57 rooms and various amenities, including a restaurant, bar, banquet hall, meeting room, swimming pool, and spa.
It will be located approximately 33km from Nashik Airport and 28km from Nashik Railway Station.
The hotel will also benefit from its proximity to Sula Vineyards and will be well-connected by road.
Lying on the bank of the River Godavari, Nashik is referred to as the 'Wine Capital of India', as over half of the country's vineyards and wineries are in the city.
Lemon Tree Hotels managed and franchise business CEO Vilas Pawar said: “We are delighted to announce the expansion of our portfolio in Maharashtra, the economic powerhouse of the country. Nashik is a hotspot of vineyard tourism and this is our second opening in the city. This property will be in addition to our 12 existing and one upcoming hotel in the state.”
Lemon Tree Hotels opened its first hotel in May 2004 and now has a portfolio of over 160 hotels, including more than 110 operational hotels.
The company has over 60 hotels in the pipeline across India and internationally.
Lemon Tree Hotels recently signed a new hotel, Lemon Tree Hotel, Gir, Gujarat, which is scheduled to open in fiscal 2030.
