Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of its new addition, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vadodara, in the Indian state of Gujarat, as reported by ETHospitality.

The property will be franchised by Lemon Tree Hotels and is scheduled to open in fiscal year 2026.

This latest addition comes just after Lemon Tree Hotels announced the opening of its fourth property in Jammu and Kashmir last week.

Additionally, earlier this month, the hotel chain signed a deal to open another hotel called Lemon Tree Hotel, Jamnagar, in Gujarat.

Commenting on the latest addition, Lemon Tree Hotels executive vice-president and chief finance officer Kapil Sharma said: “We are pleased to expand our presence in the Gujarat with our valued partner Gajananay Hospitality, a partnership firm.

“This will be in addition to our six existing and five upcoming hotels and resorts in the state and we are planning to expand our footprint in the Gujarat further.”

Located in the city of Vadodara, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels will offer 45 rooms.

Among the amenities to be provided at the property include a restaurant, fitness facility, banquet hall, meeting room and lounge.

The hotel’s location is 10km away from Vadodara Airport and 4km from Vadodara Junction railway station.

It is also well-connected to major cities across India through both public and private transport.

Additionally, the hotel’s location provides guests access to various tourist spots, palaces and the city’s rich culture.

Currently, Lemon Tree Hotels has roughly 9,400 rooms across 95 hotels spanning 60 locations in India as well as abroad, under diverse brands.

These brands include Lemon Tree Premier, Keys Select, Aurika Hotels & Resorts, Lemon Tree Hotels, Red Fox Hotels, Keys Prima and Keys Lite.
