Lemon Tree Hotels signs Nashik property in Maharashtra, India

The property, which is to be managed by Carnation Hotels Private, is slated to open in the fiscal year 2027.

Lemon Tree Hotels, a hotel chain in India, has announced the signing of a new property under the brand Key Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, in Nashik, Maharashtra.

To be managed by Lemon Tree Hotels subsidiary Carnation Hotels Private, the property is slated to open in the fiscal year 2027.

Key Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Nashik will feature 45 rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room, and other public areas.

The hotel’s location is situated approximately 23km away from Nashik International Airport, and 10km from Nashik Road Railway Station.

The hotel will also offer road connectivity, facilitating public and private transport options.

Guests at the property will have access to religious landmarks such as Panchavati and Ram Kund.

Lemon Tree Hotels managed and franchise business CEO Vilas Pawar said: “We are delighted to announce the expansion of our portfolio in Maharashtra, the economic powerhouse of the country.

“With hotels across brands in tier II, III and IV cities, Lemon Tree Hotels aims to become the most preferred hospitality chain across different segments. This opening will be in addition to our 12 existing hotels in the state.”

This addition follows the company’s recent signing of a new hotel in Kota, Rajasthan, which is expected to open its doors in the fiscal year 2025, featuring 58 guest rooms and various amenities.

The company first opened its hotel with 49 rooms in May 2004.

Currently, the company has a portfolio exceeding 160 hotels, including more than 100 operational properties and more than 60 hotels in the pipeline, both in India and internationally.
