Lemon Tree Hotels is deepening its footprint in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, by signing a new property, Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Urban Suites.
Expected to open in FY25, this new addition marks the third Lemon Tree Hotels property in Udaipur.
It will join the operational Aurika, Udaipur, and another property that is currently in development.
The expansion is part of the Indian hotel chain’s broader strategy to increase its presence in the state, where it already operates seven properties and has five more in the pipeline.
Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Urban Suites, Udaipur will comprise 68 rooms, a restaurant, and other amenities for guests.
It will be about 25km from Maharana Pratap Airport and 10km from Udaipur City Railway Station from the hotel.
Last month, Lemon Tree Hotels revealed plans to launch 30 new properties across India in 2024, which will add over 2,000 rooms to its portfolio.
In addition, the company opened its 12th property, Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels at Dapoli, Maharashtra, earlier this year.
The hotel, featuring 20 rooms, is designed to serve modern travellers.
Lemon Tree Hotels has 100+ operational hotels while 60+ hotels are in the pipeline spread across several Indian cities as well as Dubai and Bhutan.
