Indian hospitality company Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a new property in the city of Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh, India.
Slated to open in FY 2026, Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Metropolitan, Vijayawada will offer 44 rooms, a restaurant, a meeting room, and banquet facilities.
The hotel is approximately 15km from Vijayawada International Airport and 6km from Vijayawada Railway Station.
Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited (LTHL), will manage the property.
Vijayawada, a significant hub for industry and commerce, has numerous ancient temples, including the Kanaka Durga Temple.
Lemon Tree Hotels managed and franchise business CEO Vilas Pawar said: “We are excited to share the expansion of our portfolio in Vijayawada where we have one upcoming and two operational properties. This addition will complement our existing four hotels and four upcoming properties in Andhra Pradesh.”
Lemon Tree Hotels has a network of over 180 hotels, including over 70 hotels in the pipeline worldwide.
Last week, the brand signed two new properties in the Indian state of Maharashtra.
These properties are the 117-room Lemon Tree Hotel, Pune, and the 57-room Lemon Tree Hotel, Nashik.
Slated to open in fiscal 2026, both these hotels will be managed by Carnation Hotels.
