Indian hospitality chain Lemon Tree Hotels has launched Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels at Dapoli, Maharashtra, India, Economic Times reported.

This hotel marks Lemon Tree's 12th venture in the state.

The budget-friendly hotel, boasting 20 keys, is designed to cater to the needs of modern travellers.

It offers amenities, such as a multi-cuisine coffee shop called Keys Café and a conference area, along with leisure facilities, including a fitness centre, swimming pool, a fruit garden, and a bonfire area.

Often referred to as the mini-Mahabaleshwar of Maharashtra, Dapoli is a sought-after beach destination in the South Konkan region.

It is renowned for its year-round cool climate and an array of attractions, including beaches, historical temples, caves, and forts.

This launch follows Lemon Tree’s announcement in March 2023 of its plans to open two new properties in Dapoli in October 2023. The two properties consisted of Lemon Tree Hotel, Dapoli; and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Sylvan, Dapoli.

Both these properties are connected with public and private transport to major cities such as Mumbai and Pune.

Earlier this month, the hotel group signed for a property, Lemon Tree Hotel Meerut, which is expected to open in the 2025 financial year.

This franchise hotel will be located in the heart of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

Besides being a key centre for the sports goods and musical instruments industries, Meerut is known for combining history and military spirit with contemporary vibrancy.
